Authorities searching for escaped Forrest County inmates | News

FORREST COUNTY, MS (WDAM)-
The hunt was still on Sunday for two Forrest county inmates who authorities say are on the run. Forrest County Community Work Center inmates James Robert Martin and David Bass, left the MDOC facility in Hattiesburg at approximately 5:00 p.m. Saturday.
Both inmates were last seen wearing MDOC state-issued green and white striped pants and white MDOC shirts with "MDOC Convict" printed on the back.
Authorities are searching for Martin, 22, white male, blue eyes, blonde hair and weighs 150 pounds. Martin is serving a 5-year sentence for a conviction of grand larceny in Monroe county. Bass, 26, white male, blue eyes, blonde hair and weighs 180 pounds.
